Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
